We typically require a minimum of 2 hours per visit to ensure quality care and fair compensation for our caregivers. For 24/7 care, a minimum of 7 consecutive days is standard.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
Our standard rates apply for most evening and weekend shifts. Holiday rates may apply on major holidays — we will always be upfront about any rate differences before scheduling.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts required. We work on a flexible, week-to-week basis. You can adjust, pause, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
Does insurance or Medicaid cover in-home care?
Some long-term care insurance policies cover in-home care services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider. We are happy to provide documentation to support your claim.
